According to yesterdays announcement on the Audi Joest Racing news page, Audi has decided to pick up the gauntlet thrown by Peugeot Sport by putting two R15 TDI prototypes on the grid. If you check out the current Petit Le Mans entry list you’ll notice Audi’s not on it, and we didn’t hear any announcement coming out from Germany after Peugeot confirmed their participation. Autobloggreen has contacted Audi to find out more and the answer was that a decision was not yet made about engaging in the two last races of the American Le Mans Season at Petit Le Mans and Laguna Seca. |
