The 58th 12 Hours of Sebring, the American Le Mans Series season opening race, will take place this weekend at the Sebring International Raceway.
The entry list is a quite interesting one. Peugeot will be there for the third time in the row and they are very likely to score a comfortable win since Audi is not there. Sebring 12 is also the race where Emanuele Pirro will make his debut with Drayson Racing. Their Lola Judd prototype is less powerful than the Peugeot 908 HDi but Pirro has a great deal of experience, so he could mean trouble for the competition.
Sebring will also see the ALMS debut for a bunch of GT2 cars, including the new GT2 Corvette, the Ford GT, Jaquar XKRS and the BMW E92 M3.
